The ideal application of MAX-WEAR™ shielding fabric is in the processing of textiles with skin contact. This makes this shielding fabric ideal for clothing such as shirts or blouses as well as a sleeping bag or protective cover for the bed. MAX-WEAR is also suitable as a semi-transparent, visually appealing curtain because it is a dense cotton fabric from Swiss-Shield®.

Compared to its predecessor WEAR™, MAX-WEAR contains three times as many silver threads and thus creates a new maximum shielding efficiency for a clothing fabric. If mobile shielding of high-frequency electromagnetic fields HF from mobile phones, smartphones, WLAN, DECT, transmission masts, etc. on the body is the issue, MAX-WEAR can be a good choice.

Sewing shielding garments is neither more complex nor more elaborate with MAX-WEAR™. The garments made with it are very comfortable to wear. However, it is important to note that this shielding fabric cannot be earthed, i.e. MAX-WEAR™ is not electrically conductive, so the shielding is limited to the reflection of incident radio radiation.

The MAX-WEAR shielding fabric is manufactured by Swiss Shield® in Switzerland with a patented, invisible high-tech yarn. It consists of 70 % cotton, 28.5 % copper and 1.5 % silver.

Use and assets of MAX-WEAR™

Ideally, MAX-WEAR™ is used for shielding clothing, sleeping bags or sleeping covers. It can also be used as a semi-transparent curtain for windows. If low-frequency electric fields are also to be shielded, additional measures such as shielding paints or shielding fabrics are absolutely necessary.

The convincing properties of the MAX-WEAR shielding fabric are:

  • Good feel and pleasant feeling on the skin
  • Textile properties: washable, can be ironed, can be sewn
  • Quality grading: very high

Please note: Basically, for professional reasons, we can only recommend mobile electrosmog protection measures such as clothing or head coverings as a supplement to a protected controlled environment. Such a valued environment is ideally a canopy, shielding tent or room, which can be very strongly protected against electrosmog with effective materials such as shielding paints, shielding fabrics or shielding fleeces. Building on this, such a supplement via clothing makes perfect sense. However, it does not make sense on its own, as the protective effect on the organism is too low.
