The ideal application of NEW ANTIWAVE shielding fabric is in the production of clothing and underwear. As well as for the production of underwear, pillowcases, blankets, etc. The quality of New Antiwave is a right-left jacquard knit in a combination of combed cotton and silver-coated polyamide.
The coating consists of 20% pure silver, which surrounds the entire polyamide fiber. Thus NEW ANTIWAVE is completely free of the controversial nanosilver. The metallic silver is absolutely harmless to human health and nature.

Gentle washing at a maximum of 40°C. Gentle ironing on level 1. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. For allergy sufferers: Every new fabric smells, wash before first use! We recommend TEXCARE or our ecological, vegan UNI SAPON detergent.

Due to the insulated fine silver threads, the knitted fabric cannot be integrated into the functional potential equalization. Existing and coupling low-frequency alternating electrical fields can be minimized by additional measures (e.g. mains disconnection switch).
Processing
The knitted fabric can be processed with conventional yarn. When sewing two or more webs, it is recommended to use a single or double lap seam to avoid slits and gaps.

Durability

This is not only caused by machine or manual washing, but also by mechanical stress (putting on and taking off) and chemical stress from outside (e.g. pollutants in the air). The maximum service life is achieved by observing the specified care instructions and careful handling. This does not apply to permanently installed shielding measures using shielding construction fleece in walls, shielding construction fabrics in plaster or shielding paint. It is recommended to carry out a 2-year control measurement by a specialist or with an own indicator (ESI 21, 22 and 24) for all shielding measures.
