This fabric is a semi-transparent viscose material designed to shield against high-frequency electromagnetic fields (HF) from transmission towers and private devices such as mobile phones, smartphones, Wi-Fi routers, mobile LTE internet, etc. However, it should be noted that this shielding fabric cannot be grounded. ULTIMA_ARBOR™ is electrically non-conductive, so its shielding capability is limited to the reflection of incoming radio waves.
ULTIMA_ARBOR™ shielding fabric is made from LENZING ECOVERO viscose fibres. This patented high-tech yarn is made of 82 % viscose, 17 % copper, 1 % silver, achieving high shielding attenuation values of up to 42 dB.
