The stainless steel gauze V4A10 is ideal for effective EMF shielding with a shielding effectiveness of up to 40 dB. Due to its corrosion resistance, it is especially ideal for use as the basis of a basic shielding on exterior walls of the house – even in saltwater areas.

Shielding stainless steel gauze (mesh) V4A10 for flexible application inside and outside. The shielding fabric is corrosion resistant and insensitive to heat. With this shielding fabric against electrosmog HF + LF the highly effective radiation protection against electrosmog is possible. Shielding efficiency 99.99% (40dB). Width 90cm. 5G ready!

This V4A10 stainless steel mesh is a finely-woven and corrosion-resistant stainless steel mesh. It can be effectively installed to provide basic protection against electrosmog from radio (HF) and alternating fields from the power supply, for example (LF).

The shielding stainless steel mesh also impresses with its resistance to corrosion. It is ideal for house construction to protect the entire building, even near the coast and salt water. Importantly, the V4A10 stainless steel mesh is very resistant to water, steam, humidity, weak acids and salty seawater on the coast.

Typical use of the V4A10 stainless steel gauze

Inside and outside under the render in insulation, in the ceiling, in timber construction, dry construction, loose laying, and many more. Thanks to its 1mm-thick mesh, it can also be used as a fly screen against midges and mosquitoes, among others.

Processing the V4A10 stainless steel mesh against electrosmog

When working under a render, this V4A10 stainless steel mesh should be stuck with the finest organic filler (without fillings) possible. When working under flooring (laminate, parquet, PVC, etc.), V4A10 is stuck on with the adhesive. In dry construction and ceilings, the tracks fasten or can be stuck on as required. The following always applies: the tracks overlap for 5 cm. For grounding, our stainless steel tape is put on across all of the tracks and stuck to the substrate/tracks.

Order quantity, revocation of the order and small quantity surcharge

If the fleece has been cut in pieces of 1.0 running meter as requested by the customer, it is not possible to cancel or revoke the order. For this reason, it is possible to request a free sample of the shielding fleece. By ordering pre-finished products, waiving the statutory right to return goods is accepted.

Daily business has shown that small quantities can not be financed by the continuously rising costs of packaging and shipping. Therefore, we are forced to introduce a minimum quantity surcharge for small quantities of up to 3 meters with this product. We ask for your understanding.
