SILVER COTTON is the shielding fabric from the Electrosmog PRO canopy series from SFERICS. Semi-transparent cotton fabric with a high silver thread content with up to 42 dB shielding attenuation and therefore ideally suited as a curtain, room divider and bed canopy.

Also ideal for commercial use in doctors’ surgeries, alternative practitioners or medical massage studios. Very durable. Groundable LF and without discoloration.

SILVER COTTON is a screening fabric with an impressive feel. Ideally suited for curtains and canopies, therefore also used for the ELECTROSMOG PRO canopy from SFERICS®. Groundable LF. Efficiency shielding 99.99% – effective against 5G!

The shielding fabric SILVER-COTTON is a semi-transparent cotton fabric with a high silver thread content for the protection against high-frequency (HF) and low-frequency radiation (LF). The special feature of SILVER COTTON is that it can be grounded without the risk of discolouration that is otherwise common with electrically contactable shielding fabrics i.e. SILVER COTTON will not stain.

Application of the shielding fabric SILVER COTTON

The typical application of SILVER COTTON is in curtains, blinds or room dividers and, especially due to its groundability NF, it is also predestined for sewing a bed canopy for protected sleep. The effective shielding attenuation of up to 42 dB, which corresponds to an efficiency of over 99.99 percent, also makes this shielding fabric future-proof for many years to come.

SILVER COTTEN also covers commercial applications without any problems, e.g. as room dividers in doctors’ surgeries, alternative practitioners, medical massage studios or laboratories.

Special features of the SILVER COTTON shielding fabric

  • High transparency at very high screening attenuation
  • This product shields high frequency electromagnetic fields (HF). The indicated dB-values apply to 1 GHz, view chart for other frequencies. Laboratory report ranging from 40/600 MHz to 40 GHz according to standards ASTM D4935-10 or IEEE Std 299-2006, view report above.
  • This product with an electrically conductive surface shields low-frequency alternating electric fields (LF). For this purpose a grounding is necessary, i.e. an integration into the functional-equipotential bonding (FEB), please find suitable grounding accessories under “Grounding”.
  • Silver fabrics have a limited durability, depending on the frequency of movement.
  • Our silver fabrics do not contain any nano silver, but a thick metallic silver coating.
