Shielding wallpaper ECO P60 for indoor use. With this shielding background wallpaper against electrosmog HF + LF the effective and cheap radiation protection against electrosmog is possible. Shielding efficiency up to 99.9999% (60 dB). Width 70 cm and 90 cm. 5G ready!
What has taken a long time is now becoming reality. The shieldingShielding is the protection from the effects of external fault zones and environmental influences (on a person's health most of the time). More wallpaper is back and has now been dramatically improved ecologically by avoiding numerous chemicals. Due to our building biology focus on human health, the focus on the protection of nature and the environment is automatically included. With this shielding sub-wallpaper we combine and realize both goals in an effective way.
Due to the metrologically convincing properties of the shielding wallpaper, combined with the optimized processing method, we can now also provide people in rented apartments with effective help with this product. Due to the situation that permanent shielding work in rented apartments is often not permitted without a very complex and expensive return process when moving out, the choice of a canopy has often been the only choice. Of course, our canopies are a biological building sensation in any case, but the measuring-technical protective effect is reduced to the bed alone. With this shielding wallpaper, we are now breaking through this limitation and expanding the shielding option to the entire room, i.e. when moving out, the shielding wallpaper is simply pulled from the wall and ceiling and the surfaces are then treated a little to restore the original condition.
Shielding wallpaper ECO P60. Permanent protection with a huge price advantage!
The shielding wallpaper ECO-P60 is a one-side metallized wallpaper for the shielding of high frequencyFrequency is the number of occurrences of a repeating event per unit of time. It is a physical measurement that is important for describing periodic processes, such as vibrations. More radiation (HF) and low-frequency electric fields (NF). With the reintroduction of the shielding wallpaper, we have also hit the bull’s eye in terms of price, i.e. this shielding underside wallpaper (like our previous shielding paints) is one of our best priced standard products for shielding walls, ceilings and, to a limited extent, floors.
Environmental Protection Detail 1: Sustainable wallpaper base
The base material for our shielding wallpaper is a white premium wallpaper backing paper with a very high dimension stability while and after processing. The backing paper is certified to The Forest Stewardship Council FSC. Main component is cellulosic pulp according to the European Union Timber Regulation. The small amount of polyester fibers is certified to OEKO-TEX 100.
Environmental Protection Detail 2: Ecological coating process
All previous EMF shielding meshes have been metallized “chemically”, which means that numerous chemicals are required for those metal coatings. The new coating process allows to apply the metal on the backing paper with “only” green electricity. Without chemicals or auxiliary materials, the ecological approach is extremely high. The metal coating is not fully applied but spattered onto the material, which makes products from the ECO-series highly vapour diffusible.

Grounding of shielding wallpaper ECO P60
This product with an electrically conductive surface has to be integrated into the functional-equipotential bonding (FEB). Suitable components can be found in the product category “Grounding” or use our building biology hotline for advice.
Processing of the shielding wallpaper ECO P60 against electrosmog
Underground: The underground needs to be clean, dry and free of water removable layers. Absorbent surfaces must be prepared with our primer GK5.
Application method with metallized side showing into the room: The technically best solution, although the result is not as visually appealing. But afterwards, all sheets can easily be connected with groundingGrounding is an electrically conductive connection with the electric potential of the ground. More tape GSX and can then be grounded. Furthermore, the best solution with a wallpaper primer – you can then remove the wallpaper without having metallized residues on the wall.
Application method with the white wallpaper side showing into the room: Visually the nicer solution, but the grounding tape can no longer be applied afterwards. If you prefer doing so, you need to apply the grounding tape GSX on the underground. After gluing, the metal-side should be contacted, we highly recommend tests with different glues.
Glue: For heavy wallpapers. Successfully tested from Henkel Methylan: Spezial (Special), Vlies (Fleece), Raufaser (Ingrain wallpaper).
Edge on edge or overlapping: To achieve the best shielding result, you should ideally glue the individual strips with an overlapping. The overlapping can be smoothed out extensively with a fine putty, then sanded. Alternatively, you could also glue edge on edge – as it’s usually done with wallpapers – you’ll have to accept minimal shielding losses for higher frequencies.
Attention: Due to the thick metal layer, the wallpaper has sharp edges after cutting. Work with caution and wear protective gloves!
