EVERYONE loves Italian cuisine, Italian flair. You too? YES? NO? IT DOESN’T MATTER!

YES, we dare to confidently state this because if anything is true, it’s that it DOESN’T MATTER, because everything before is in the PAST.. We managed to convince Susanne Feist to give us a chance to let our PROnatur24 readers and customers purchase her incredible spelt pasta. It is now time for us to launch a completely new product – healthy spelt pasta by Susanne Feist.

We received a package from Susanne Feist in December 2014 containing spaghetti rolled into balls as a small thank you for doing an electromagnetic check on her baby monitor (geobiology is our main focus for a healthy sleep, from babies to pensioners). She just said: “Try it, I made it myself.” A few weeks later, it was Italian week in the PROnatur24 kitchen again.

Preparing the spelt pasta is incredibly easy, and the pesto mixture is no different! We can only remember one thing – we stopped talking after the first bite of the pesto/pasta combination, looked at each other and were fascinated by the taste.

What makes Susanne’s FEIST spelt pasta so different?

It begins with the base – the spelt. Only high-quality spelt is chosen by Susanne Feist herself, and she also works on it personally. This is pure craftsmanship based on a lot of personal experience by Susanne Feist.

Ultimately, love for nature and the appreciation for raw materials and joy of making the pasta are the requirements for this unbelievably tasty and energy-filled spelt pasta. Pure spelt semolina or whole meal rye is used for this pasta. The eggs come for happy free-range hens, which is also continuously checked. Only live, informed water – the cleanest spring water – from Satteins is used. Colloidal gold water completes it to give the spelt pasta the unbelievable subtle difference.

After the spelt pasta has been dried, this small, wonderful pasta is hand-packed, heat-sealed and SEALED. YES, as you can imagine, the sealing also serves a significant purpose and isn’t only nice to look at.

Simplest preparation of FEIST spelt pasta

Put the pasta in boiling water, switch the hob off, and let the covered pasta simmer in the pot for 5-8 minutes. Afterwards, take it out of the water and put a bit of salt on it. Now start to spoil the palate!

Mrs. Feist’s pasta is simply unique. It doesn’t matter which recipe you use – they are so delicious. I enjoy this pasta simply mixed in with butter and with a home-made tomato sauce, or with garlic, olive oil, and pepperoni. They are also very fine with kale.
Since I ate the pasta for the first time, I don’t buy pasta from the supermarket anymore. I have not made the recommended comparison either, because spelt pasta from the supermarket doesn’t taste of anything to me.

Dear Mrs. Feist,
We tried your pasta for the first and were delighted about the cooking time, the taste, and the long-lasting effect. You only start to feel hungry again after a longer period time, which also shows that these products have a positive effect for diabetic people. The hemoglobin goes down and weight gain is also decreased because of the long feeling of fullness. Your pasta tastes just as good cold, we went traveling and ate the rest of them just fine.
