Which payment methods are offered on the online shop?
You can find detailed information about payment on our payment methods page. We offer several well-known payment methods to allow the simplest and most comfortable payment for the customer every time. PayPal and credit card are two very frequently used payment methods and are obviously available.
Can I order an intra-community delivery as a company with a VAT ID?
Yes, you can. Enter your VAT ID with your billing and shipping information on the checkout page. Your VAT ID is checked live. As soon as it is checked, your order will be confirmed and you will receive your order confirmation with the VAT ID. Please note that a VAT-free intra-community delivery is only possible with a valid VAT ID and in European countries outside of Austria.
How long does the delivery take?
We dispatch daily, except on holidays. The average delivery time after handing the package over to the package service is 24 hours within Austria and 48 hours to Germany. All deliveries to other European countries take a few days.
Can I pick up the ordered items in the PROnatur24 store?
PROnatur24 is purely an online shop and does not have any stores with opening times.You choose the time that you want to purchase from our shop comfortably, opening times for us are totally out of place. However, it is possible to pick up your order in AT- 6922 Wolfurt after making an appointment.
What happens after my order is completed?
You conclude your order by clicking on the "Buy" button. After the order is completed, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirming your order. The ordered products, all costs, and the billing and shipping address are listed in this e-mail.Depending on the chosen payment method, we will dispatch your order the following business day or after we have received your advance payment.
How do I receive the invoice?
You will receive a PDF file of the invoice via e-mail after the item has been dispatched. A delivery note is also enclosed in the package.
Is your order a gift with direct dispatch?
Please give us the other shipping address as well with your order. You also have the option to add a personal note on the gift, such as a thank you or well wishes. Use the note field on the checkout page for this. We print this greeting on the delivery note which is always enclosed in the package. You will receive the invoice via e-mail.
