Cancellation Policy for End Customers (Consumers) within the European Union.

For global end customer (consumers) outside the EU, there is no legal right of withdrawal. We recommend clarifying an optional right of withdrawal before placing an order. Key details regarding customs clearance efforts and international shipping costs make this necessary.

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days without providing a reason. The cancellation period begins after receiving the written notice but not before the recipient receives the item (for repeat orders of the same items, not before receipt of the first part of the delivery).

We strongly recommend choosing an insured and trackable shipping method with tracking number for the return. You are welcome to inform us about the tracking number after shipping.

with a clear explanation (ex: a letter sent by the post, an e-mail, or phone call) of your decision to cancel the order or – if the item is provided to you before the end of the 14 days – by sending the item back. You can use our sample withdrawal form for this, even though it is not mandatory. You can also fill in and send us the cancellation explanation on our website (https://pronature24.com/cancel-order). Use this option and we will immediately send you a confirmation (by e-mail, for example) of the receipt of such a cancellation. To preserve the cancellation period, it is enough to inform us of your use of the right to cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Regarding the right of cancellation for excepted item groups

Services, textile shielding products*, hygiene articles, perishable goods of daily use, cut goods, opened rolls with meter goods as well as for products made on behalf of the customer. If a return is nevertheless carried out, we will decide for each product whether to accept the return with a reduction in value and the corresponding refund, to calculate the processing costs for checking the return (€80 per hour) or to dispose of the product without refund.

If shielding, electrical and electronic products (measuring devices, switches, filters, etc.) are revoked, cost-intensive metrological tests in the EMF laboratory are necessary for quality testing. We have the right to deduct any costs incurred from the amount of the refund.

*Textile shielding products belong to the family of special hygiene products and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal or exchange when used; these include clothing, sleeping bags, bedding, blankets, tents and canopies from the budget series. Each return of products of this classification will be checked in the EMF laboratory for a fee and deducted from the refund amount. Canopies produced to order, including special sizes, are generally excluded from revocation.

Rent a canopy instead of buying it:
Due to the restriction of the right of withdrawal, there is the possibility of risk-free renting of our canopies for 2 weeks to get to know them. This rental option is also very well suited to experience the protective effect of full electrosmog protection, especially before EMF sanitation or a major investment in shielding.

Shielding clothing:
We do not recommend to pay attention to the size, but to find the required size with a measuring tape. Details are given in the respective product description.

Results of the cancellations

If you cancel an order with an Austrian delivery address (domestic), we will return all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you choose a different type of delivery than ours have chosen the cheapest standard delivery offered). If you cancel an order with a delivery address in other European countries or in third countries, we have the right to refuse reimbursement of the shipping costs, i.e. to deduct these charges from the amount of the refund. If the payment service provider through which you made your payment (PayPal, Amazon, credit card, etc.) does not refund the fees incurred during the purchase, we have the right to withhold these costs, i.e. to deduct them from the amount of the refund. In the case of digital goods, this repayment can be made immediately, but must be repaid no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. The same period for repayment applies to all other goods, but this begins on the day you receive the returned goods. This means that we can refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods from you. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you.

Automatic revocation / return

In the event of a withdrawal, please return the goods to us. The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the customer. Automatic returns are equivalent to a withdrawal and are handled identically. Automatic revocation includes:

  • non-acceptance of the order/delivery, or
  • non-delivery by the parcel service commissioned, or
  • no collection of the goods from the parcel shop (if available) despite corresponding information by the parcel service or parcel tracking link. (Explanation: the parcel service commissioned is required by us to carry out a door-to-door delivery. However, due to challenging, aggravating issues in parcel delivery, this doorstep delivery can no longer be guaranteed today (e.g. driving bans, stopping bans, traffic, staff shortages, etc.) and therefore the customer confirms with the order the willingness to collect the parcel also from the parcel shop of the parcel service).

Returning the items

You have to return or deliver the items immediately and up to fourteen days after receiving the cancellation notice or items to us:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs and responsibility for returning the goods, including automatic returns. Based on our own experience in practice, we recommend that you choose an insured and traceable form of return with a tracking number. Please note: Goods returned freight collect will not be accepted. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

In the event of cancellation due to non-acceptance of the package, you must inform us in writing within 24 hours, otherwise the delivery will automatically be deemed accepted and any claim for reimbursement by Webdeals Shops GmbH will not apply.

We process returns with high priority, on average within 48 hours on working days after receiving the canceled products. If within 2 weeks after your return there is no communication on our part to process the return, it is the responsibility of the customer to inquire about the status of the processing and to initiate a package tracking with the service provider of the package posting. If the canceled order is not delivered within 4 weeks of being placed, any right to a refund from Webdeals Shops GmbH expires.
